This program is basically the same as the 3-month "Clarity and Action" but for those of you who are very busy and/or prefer a less intensive pace. In 6 months, I support you to get more clarity, regain your confidence, and take actions to achieve your goals. Consider setting aside at least 45 mins/week for this program.

I offer this package to people who took my foundation programs (3-month or 6-month "Clarity and Action") or coaches who already have the tools to make leaps though our work together. By keeping the momentum going, we ensure that the lessons and practices from the first 3 months are integrated and become habits that get consolidated "in the bones."
