ABOUT ME

Passionate About Supporting Your Growth

I am a leadership, career and life coach, with extensive experience working in the (humanitarian and development) aid sector. I grew up in Algeria and France, and since then have lived and worked in six countries. I am multilingual and coach in both English and French.

Prior to becoming a coach, I was an advisor and project manager in the aid sector, mainly with the United Nations system, including in developing and post-crisis countries (Egypt, Afghanistan, Sudan, Maldives). My areas of expertise and experience include strategic planning, change management, capacity building and program management. I also worked in the private sector in market research and branding.

Today, I partner with organizations and individual clients, mainly global executives and professionals in expat assignments, in several areas, including:

  • Leadership skills development

  • Resilience skills and stress management

  • Career and life transitions, especially those specific to aid workers and expats

  • Cross-cultural misunderstandings and challenges

  • Work/life priorities

  • Goals setting and planning

I have coached professionals working in organizations such as UNICEF, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), and Planned Parenthood Global among others.

My coaching engagements are highly individualized and respond to each person's unique situation and goals. I am creative and playful and love to use my artistic side to think outside the box as I "dance in the moment" with my clients.
