Service Description

This program is basically the same as the 3-month "Clarity and Action" but for those of you who are very busy and/or prefer a less intensive pace. In 6 months, I support you to get more clarity, regain your confidence, and take actions to achieve your goals. Consider setting aside at least 45 mins/week for this program. My approach is highly individualized, I customize this program to my clients' needs and issues. The package includes: - 9 hours of coaching during a period of 6 months (usually 45 mins sessions every other week) - Up to 2 hours of additional coaching via accountability emails. You update me on your homework and receive feedback from me - A blend of coaching and mentoring, where I share relevant experiences and tools, when in service to your growth - Relevant exercises and assessments, based on state-of-the-art coaching and leadership development tools - A Workbook that you can keep and go back to anytime. It includes the exercises and tools we use as well as your own notes. You can continue working with me after this program. Most clients work with me during a period ranging between 6 to 18 months.
