If you are ready to make changes in your life and move forward, this intensive program is for you. You are looking to make shifts in a specific area of your life, but are not sure where to start. You might even feel overwhelmed or confused. In only 3 months, I support you to get more clarity, regain your confidence and take actions to achieve your goals. Consider setting aside at least 1h/week for this coaching program. My approach is highly individualized, I customize this program to my clients' needs and issues. The package includes: - 6 hours of coaching during a period of 3 months (via Skype, Phone, WhatsApp, etc.). We usually talk 1 hour every other week then you focus on your homework the following week - Up to 1,5 hours of additional coaching via accountability emails. You update me on your homework and receive feedback from me - A blend of coaching and mentoring, where I share relevant experiences and tools, when in service to your growth - Relevant exercises and assessments, based on state-of-the-art coaching and leadership development tools - A Workbook that you can keep and go back to anytime. It includes the exercises and tools we use, as well as your own notes You can continue working with me after these first 3 months by taking the "In the Bones" package.
