Service Description

I offer this package to people who took my foundation programs (3-month or 6-month "Clarity and Action") or coaches who already have the tools to make leaps though our work together. By keeping the momentum going, we ensure that the lessons and practices from the first 3 months are integrated and become habits that get consolidated "in the bones." This package can be taken several times. Most clients work with me during a period ranging between 6 to 18 months. Consider setting aside at least 45 mins/week for this program. The package includes: - 4.5 hours of coaching during a period of 3 months (usually 45 mins sessions every other week) - Up to 1 hours of additional coaching via accountability emails. You update me on your homework and receive feedback from me - A blend of coaching and mentoring, in which I share relevant experiences and tools, when in service to your growth - Relevant resources and tools customized to your needs, based on state-of-the-art coaching and leadership development tools.
